Architectural Intern & CAD/BIM Drafter (8-22-19)

The Florida based design team, located in Downtown Sarasota, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Architectural Intern and a CAD/BIM drafter to work collaboratively in a mid-size team environment, performing design and technical production of documents in AutoCAD and BIM through all phases of the projects. Required Skills:

Project Manager (8-19-19)

A growing firm, TROP Architecture, is seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of architectural working experience. Minimum B. Arch education required. The position requires strong design development, production and detailing skills as well as critical thinking. Applicants must have the ability to produce quality construction drawings. Job Description:

The CADD Technician will be located in our Sarasota, Florida office. The CADD Technician will assist in the preparation of design and construction documents of an advanced complexity level.

Requires thorough understanding of Revit software
Develops broad knowledge of the design process and understands company standards
Develops skills in a specific practice area
Evaluates, selects, and applies standards techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with a few complex features
Performs more advanced drafting tasks
Demonstrates the ability to integrate multiple components of design (i.e. structural, civil, electrical, etc.)
Coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians or administrative staff
Receives general supervision on assignments, and general review of all aspects of work

Job Requirements

Basic understanding of building codes, building systems, and engineering systems.

Production Architects  (6-24-19)
Retail Design and Architecture
api(+), an award-winning, multidisciplinary retail design firm, is seeking registered architects who specialize in production documentation to join our team in Tampa. The ideal candidates have a strong design sense and commercial project experience. Experience with food retail, restaurant, specialty retail, retail center and hospitality projects is preferred but not required. 

This role requires a passion for drawings, and strong coordination, design development and construction administration skills. Applicants must have the ability to produce construction drawings and specifications.

Primary Responsibilities
