JOIN THE Sarasota Association of Realtors and the Myakka River Branch LEED for Homes Committee at a panel discussion exploring the many ways Green Homes deliver real, tangible benefits to their owners and occupants. 
Panel members include:
-Sandra Adomatis, SRA. Appraiser and nationally recognized speaker on green and energy-efficient house values. Principal author of the “Residential Green and Energy Efficient Addendum” for residential appraisals.

-Peggy Christ. NAR Green-Certified Realtor Broker-Associate for over 25 years. Director of Real Estate & Finance for the Florida Green Building Coalition.

-Peter Minarich. A mortgage loan originator with more than 20 years experience in home financing.

-Dale Lewis. LEED AP, ICC Residential Green Home Inspector, IBHS Fortified Home Evaluator, FGBC Certifying Agent, NAHB-Certified Green Professional and licensed General Contractor with 40 years in the construction industry.

-Panel moderator, Harold Bubil. Real Estate editor for the Sarasota Herald/Tribune.
