The course will give an overview of Horizontal Sliding, Accordion-Type Fire Door development history as it relates to Means of Egress, a review of basic Sliding Door Technology and Performance Criteria. Included are Code Accepted Applications as well as Case Studies with emphasis on areas of opportunity where these doors can be used to solve both building code and design issues
