Why Buildings Fail –

This one-hour continuing education unit will provide a basic overview of the process used to identify the major destructive forces causative in premature building failures.

 

The education unit will focus on three primary areas: First, the investigative process used to identify the causative processes of corrosion or other damage including qualifying and quantifying the damage. Second, the process used to develop the Project Manual and construction documents used in a restoration process, and third, we will cover the Contract Administration portion of a restoration project including the inspection and warranty phase.
